Pursuant to Art. 13, Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments introduced by EU Regulation 2016/679, (known as GDPR), hereafter “the Regulation”, LAURA DE CESARE wishes to inform that Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”), subsequently amended General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data necessary to respond to your Information Request. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

No person under the age of 18, without the parents’ permission or whoever is responsible, may send information to this Web site, nor can make purchases or other legal acts on this Site without parental permission, unless this is permitted by legislation regulations.
