WORKSHOPS

CUSTOMIZED WORKSHOP

I made it myself

This is an ingenious idea proposed by one of my students.
The workshop is designed for those who do not intend to take a complete course at the moment, but who love hand-woven fabrics and want to create something on their own. The student will find a loom set up for weaving their scarf, possibly with a yarn chosen together before the start of the course, and I will guide them through the process. The workshop is expected to last 12 hours.

For detailed information on the organization, please write to me or contact me by phone.
Times and methods are usually agreed upon with the student.

WEEKEND WORKSHOPS

Designed to allow everyone to learn about the art of weaving, these workshops last approximately 4 hours, each dedicated to a different technique or theme. Students will find the loom ready for them to experiment, play, and create a fabric or small textile object that they can take home with them. And who knows, maybe someone will want to learn more and come back.

The workshops usually last 4 hours.

Students who wish to explore the theme of a workshop in greater depth can develop the topic by agreeing on a longer course.

Weaving is like writing

It offers participants the opportunity to “write” a small textile composition, creating a small piece of fabric in about 4 hours using fancy yarns, strips of fabric, and other textile materials.

Long live the lines

All you need is a sequence of colored thread groups, and voilà! You have a fabric with a defined design that can become, for example, a small centerpiece.

Make your own weaved wool neck warmer.

It is a very successful project.
Precision and technique guide the weaver in creating a warm, colorful or solid-colored wool neck warmer in just a few hours.

Weave and recycle! Something special using the ancient technique of “Trappite.”

The art of weaving with strips of old, worn fabric. Students can bring a used garment such as a T-shirt or scarf that they no longer use to the workshop and give it new life by weaving strips of it on a simple reed loom.

Your hand weaved necklace

Using ancient and very simple techniques, you can create a completely personalized necklace, pendant, or bracelet on a loom, to wear yourself or give as a gift.
