TEACHING

I firmly believe in the importance of researching, studying and the spread-ing of knowledge as a base to encourage and develop high quality artistic and handicraft production.

It is in this spirit that the laboratory becomes a school in which I create and lead textile design courses and weaving practice, both for individuals and groups. Courses for people that approach weaving and fabric design for the first time or for those who already have this knowledge but would like to go further.

From 2007 to 2014, the year the program was closed, I taught at the University of Florence in the Course in Fashion Culture and Styling and in the Course in Fashion Culture and Design.

For over ten years, I have been teaching Textile Materials Science at the Modartech Institute in Pontedera (Pisa).
