SALES PRICES
All sale prices shown include VAT taxes, unless it says VAT excluded.

SHIPMENT
For purchases made on Laura de Cesare’s site (www.lauradecesare.it) several different methods of shipment are offered:
Destination: Italy – Cost: € 7.00 – Delivery time: 1-2 working days
Destination: Europe – Cost: € 20.00 – Delivery time: 2-4 working days
Destination: Rest of the World – Cost: € 55,00 – Delivery time: 3-6 working days
The products ordered will be sent to the address specified by the customer. Customer delivery of the ordered products will be carried out by a courier. No responsibility can be attributed to the company Laura de Cesare in case of delay in the delivery. Any taxes or customs taxes will not be charged to the customer.

RETURNED GOODS
Request to return goods must be received within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. The returned goods must include the original packaging and labels. The returned goods must be new and unused. We have the right to refuse the return of those products that do not meet our request. We don’t accept return for products that have been on sale.
The customer is responsible of returning the goods to the address given below and to make sure that the package is insured in case of loss or damage. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You will be advised when we receive and checked the package which will be done within 10 working days.

HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS
If you want to return an item purchased online:
1. Please contact us by sending an email to the address info@lauradecesare.it within 3 days of receipt of your order;
2. Please send new and unused goods: LAURA DE CESARE – Via Montanelli, 83 – 56121 Pisa (PI) – ITALY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your order may not be accepted if (i) the selected model is finished, (ii) if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, or (iii) if we identify a mistake on the product or on the price. If we are unable to fulfill the order you will be notified via email. If you have selected the amount for shipping less than it is , we will inform you by specifying the right amount. Only after receipt of payment the order will be fulfilled.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Under Article 13, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions, Laura de Cesare, as owner of the treatment, informs the customer that the personal data supplied by the him/her, will be used for the following purposes : the completion made by the company Laura de Cesare, for the activities necessary for the execution of purchase contracts for the purchase of products through the site; for purposes strictly related and / or necessary to the satisfaction of the requests made , from time to time by the user through the website or via e-mail or through other forms of communication; newsletters and promotional materials concerning the products offered by Laura de Cesare.
You have the right to request the deletion of your data.
Laura de Cesare has the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our products are handmade in Italy. The imperfections and irregularities in the color and texture are part of their beauty and particularity, and are not to be considered as defects. The quality of our products is guaranteed . The warranty is also based on the caring and cleaning instructions that can be found inside the package. Damage due to improper use of the article is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by the warranty.

PAYMENT
Payment of the products and shipping charges can be done through credit card or bank transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard , American Express as payment methods. Payment will be charged on your bank card at the moment of the purchase.
We also accept payments by bank transfer. An order request must be sent to this address, info@lauradecesare.com. The e-mail must include the shipping information (Name / Surname / Address / Civic number/ City / State / City/ Country / E-mail / Phone) and details of the requested products (Model / Composition / Colour ). Once we have received your request we will send you our bank details. Bank transfer has to be done within 3 working days, otherwise the order will be deleted. The products will be shipped when the transfer has been done.
An e-mail will be sent in case your order can not be fulfilled.
